I've spent more than a decade working across industries, geographies, and languages, helping organisations better understand who they are, who they serve, and how to connect the two through thoughtful marketing.
I've cruised through the American Southwest in a vintage ambulance, helped redefine the identity of a Costa Rican technology company, helped establish the growth of a Canadian fintech unicorn, and helped senior living communities establish a website strategy that is as authentic as scalable.
While every project has been different, the common thread has remained the same: understanding people, uncovering insights, identifying opportunities for growth, and translating those insights into strategies that align audience needs with business objectives.

As the first full-time marketer to join ZayZoon in 2020, I got to help define and grow the brand through its B2B and B2C channels, as well as all supporting marketing materials for a comprehensive strategy that set them up for unparalleled growth.

Simplifying a complex structure of services for newcomers to Canada, I helped create a strategy to grow our marketing efforts and social media presence through design, internal training, event planning, and more.

Simplifying IT solutions
I worked to develop a new brand strategy for Quest Software's top channel in Latin America. Starting as the only marketing person, I developed the team as well as a secondary in-house production business.

Saving ugly veggies
In an applied digital group project, my team of three partners and I created a new business concept from the ground up. We meticulously navigated through each phase of business development, starting with market research, progressing through brand development, and culminating in crafting a comprehensive online marketing strategy for the company's inaugural year.

Collaborating with a wide array of clients from government agencies, to startups - to hopping on a van and crossing the desert with influencers in the back. I honed the art of storytelling and adeptly captured brand identities through media.
